PLEASE READ YOUR VENUE GUIDELINES

Invoices must be sent to accounting@bvistaentertainment.com by the Monday following the performance to be approved for payment the following week. Invoices must include: 

• Invoice #
• Legal name
• Date, time and venue of the performance
• Performance fee
• HST # and amount *This only applies to you if you have registered for an HST # and are making $30,000+/year
• The email address for transfers if it is different than the one we communicate with typically

 All payments for approved invoices are made weekly on Monday unless it's a statutory holiday. In the case of a statutory holiday, payments for approved invoices will be paid on Tuesday.

If you miss submitting your invoice by the Monday following your performance, we will remind you of our policy and let you know when we can pay it. This may mean that you fall into the next pay period.
